Alison Susko – Asset-Map - Vice president of Community and Partnerships at Asset-Map, a financial technology firm dedicated to creating engaging visual communication tools used throughout the customer and advisor journey. Alison has been working in the financial technology industry for over 15 years specializing in Account Management, Training and Partnership Development/Growth. Before joining Asset-Map in 2018, she worked at eMoney Advisor where she oversaw Account Development and Enterprise Relationships and Docupace Technologies where she created and ran their Training Department.
Torie Happe – Holistiplan - 15 years experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management, Business Development, and Professional Services in the Wealth Management and FinTech space. She is known for delivering top notch service, building lasting professional relationships and leadership. She is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and partners. Torie is a client advocate with a successful track record of developing and fostering industry leading relationships across custodian, advisor technology and advisor levels. Jennifer Biack, CFP, CDFA heads the financial planning group at Mercer Advisors, which provides wealth advisors with deep subject matter expertise for giving high-caliber, personalized advice to clients; and develops quality standards and processes. She began her wealth management career in 1999. Her past experiences include financial planning at Prudential and Citigroup, retirement consulting at Samsung, and advanced wealth planning for ultra-high- net-worth families at First Foundation Advisors and Freestone Capital Management. She graduated from Sweet Briar College and earned her MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business. Jennifer practiced in D.C., Seoul, Southern California and Seattle. She now lives in the DMV area, raising her family and caring for her aging parents.
Gary Altman, Esq. - Founder and Principal Attorney of the estate planning law firm, Altman & Associates, where he has been serving the Washington metropolitan area, practicing law and estate planning since 1980. Diane Boyle joined the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors family in April of 1991 and serves as the association’s chief federal lobbyist. Her responsibilities include the development and implementation of legislative and regulatory strategy, and daily execution of association activities to provide advocacy services for professional insurance and financial advisors in order to support a private, competitive insurance marketplace. Prior to expansion of health services to all NAIFA members in January 2010, Boyle served as the executive vice president for the Association of Health Insurance Advisors, the former health conference of NAIFA.
Bonnie Treichel - Bonnie Treichel is the Founder and Chief Solutions Officer of Endeavor Retirement, a consulting firm dedicated to solving problems for plan sponsors, advisors and service providers in the retirement plan industry. Her unique experience as an ERISA attorney and advisor helps her bring governance solutions for day-to-day issues that are an
inevitable part of running a successful retirement plan. Bonnie is also a Partner at Endeavor Law, a firm dedicated to supporting the ecosystem of financial services with their retirement plan-related decisions, documentation, compliance, regulation and litigation.
As a thought leader on retirement plan governance issues, Bonnie has been quoted in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, InvestmentNews, 401(k) Specialist, Ignites, PlanAdviser, NAPA Net Daily, and Journal of Pension Benefits. She is an active member of the American Retirement Association and has served in various leadership roles as well as the American Bar Association’s Tax Division where she is on the Lifetime Income Committee. She was awarded InvestmentNews 40 Under 40 in 2023, the ABA’s On the Rise - Top 40 Young Lawyers Award in 2022, and NAPA Top Influencers for 2024 and 2025.
