By NAIFA-GWDC on 2/23/21 8:38 AM

NAIFA-Greater Washington, D.C. brings your attention to two orders released by the Government of the District of Columbia in late January of 2021. NAIFA-GWDC would like to preface with continued consumer relief and the cooperative effort of insurance carriers and government during the pandemic.

DC Health has released an administrative order (No. 2021-003) regarding criteria for covid-19 testing for symptomatic and asymptomatic persons required to work, learn in-person, or attend childcare in the District of Columbia. Check out the full order here.

Along with the above order, the Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking has also released a commissioner's order (01-2021) extending coverage of covid-19 testing for symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals. Read about it here.
